Abstract

This research paper is a comparative analysis on Copyright Law and Media between- Japan and Bangladesh. In any Business and Media industry the Copyright Law and Media Law is the integral part of it and it secures the innovative products absolute ownership, companies’ specialty to its owner and the media directly play the vital role to establish the branding of the product as well as development of the company. In the research work, I have described the comparative extract of Copyright law and media in comparison of the relevant Japanese development. I have also tried to find out an effective outcome to develop the relevant sector of my very own country Bangladesh. So as a public servant, the knowledge gained from this research, I could get opportunity to develop the concern sector as a policy maker of Bangladesh government. In this research, I have discussed about the Copyright Law and Media Practice in Japan and Bangladesh and tried to find out the loopholes and challenges of those Laws and suggested some points to make those Laws more effective on the basis of Japanese legal system.
