The author of this scholarly article examines a manuscript of one of the ancient texts addressing the philosophy of Islamic Law, presently housed at the Weston Library of Bodleian Libraries. Employing a codicological approach, she endeavors to analyze the manuscript, offering insightful conclusions on the subject matter.
