Abstract

This work explores the legal aspects of regulating labor rights within the framework of human rights. It examines the integral role of labor laws in safeguarding the dignity and well-being of workers, highlighting the significance of comprehensive legal frameworks and international standards. The study addresses key challenges in enforcement, including barriers to access justice and the necessity of civil society engagement. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of an intersectional approach to labor rights, ensuring that marginalized groups are adequately protected. By analyzing the interplay between labor rights and human rights, this research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the legal mechanisms that promote fair and equitable working conditions.
