Some Aspects of the Main Approaches to the Valuation of Intellectual Property Objects

Abstract

This article discusses and systematizes the existing methods for evaluating intellectual property objects. In addition, the features of the use of effective mechanisms in the process of managing intangible assets of subjects of civil circulation are studied.

Along with this, improvements in the methodology for evaluating the results of intellectual activity and equated means of individualization of a legal entity, individualization of products, work or services performed are proposed.
