Abstract

This academic article provides an in-depth analysis of housing issues in the Republic of Uzbekistan and their legal regulation. Housing matters are among the key factors directly affecting the standard of living and social well-being of the population, making their effective legal governance a crucial aspect of state policy. The article examines the current housing legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, judicial practice in this field, and the legal resolution of housing disputes. Furthermore, based on international experience, the article proposes approaches suitable for Uzbekistan.
