Abstract

The rapid development of digital economies has significantly contributed to the rise of cyberfraud and cybercrime worldwide. This paper explores the theoretical foundations of cybercrime, including cyberfraud, cyberterrorism, and hacking. The study highlights the necessity of cybersecurity measures and regulatory frameworks to mitigate the risks associated with digital financial transactions and data breaches. The research is based on a comparative analysis of national and international approaches to cybercrime prevention and law enforcement.
