Abstract
This article analyzes the unique characteristics of the right to use the internet. It highlights its direct connection to information freedom, personal data protection, digital equality, and technological development. The article explains that the right to internet access depends not only on technical factors but also on legal, social, and economic conditions.
Furthermore, the study explores the position of internet access rights within international and national legislation, as well as the factors influencing its implementation. Existing regulatory documents and global trends are analyzed. The role of internet access rights in the human rights system and their significance in modern society are also discussed.
