Abstract

This article for the first time reveals the importance of the participation of an information intermediary in civil law relations in the field of e-commerce, the tasks and modern problems of its research, international, regional acts and foreign experience, systematically analyzes legal and economic scientific sources. Along with this, the essence of legal acts concerning the legal status of an information intermediary in the field of electronic commerce is highlighted. In addition, in the context of the transformation of digital civil law transactions, reasonable conclusions, proposals and recommendations have been developed to improve the legal regulation of the activity of an information intermediary in the field of e-commerce.
