Abstract
This study investigates the implementation mechanisms of parliamentary control outcomes and strategies for enhancing their practical effectiveness. Through comprehensive comparative analysis of legislative frameworks in Uzbekistan and selected foreign jurisdictions, the research identifies key factors affecting the enforcement of parliamentary recommendations and decisions. The analysis reveals significant opportunities for legislative improvement in areas of binding implementation, procedural timelines, monitoring frameworks, and institutional accountability. The findings present a foundation for improving Uzbekistan’s parliamentary oversight system through evidence-based legislative amendments that would strengthen democratic governance and institutional transparency.
