Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and legal aspects of subjective rights and legal interests, their interrelation, and distinctive features. Mechanisms for protecting subjective rights and legal interests are examined, along with an analysis of national and international experiences in this field. Additionally, the position of legal interests within the legal systems of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries is studied. Based on an analysis of various theoretical perspectives, solutions are proposed for issues that arise when interpreting the concept of legal interest, along with theoretical insights aimed at distinguishing legal categories related to the concept of legal interest. The author, by analyzing various theoretical approaches, identifies issues arising in the interpretation of the concept of legal interest and offers theoretical suggestions and reflections to address them. Consequently, the article provides scientifically grounded recommendations for the substantive differentiation of legal categories associated with the concept of legal interest. By presenting scholarly solutions to existing problems, the article contributes to revealing the significance of the concept of legal interest within the legal system. The article provides scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for addressing existing issues in this area.
