The Principle of Legal Certainty and the Rule of Law

Abstract
In this scientific article, some considerations are made about the fact that the principle of legal certainty is a requirement of the rule of law. At the same time, it also mentions the features of the rule of law as one of the main elements. Legal certainty is becoming an increasingly important factor in legal practice, including legislative and law enforcement practice. In particular, legal certainty means the accuracy, clarity and accessibility of a legal norm, depending on the texts and interpretations of judicial documents. The purpose of this article is to analyze that the principle of legal certainty as a legal category is a requirement of the rule of law, and on this basis, equality, freedom and justice are achieved, in particular, the means to ensure the stability of law necessary to regulate interaction between subjects of law.
