Abstract

The article analyzes the prosecutor's supervision of the activities of educational institutions, as one of the factors affecting the quality of higher education. Such images revealed in the course of prosecutorial supervision the shortcomings of higher education institutions through the adoption of legislative norms in higher education systems in order to ensure the rule of law and achieve positive results. At the same time, questions and suggestions related to improving the legal culture of university employees and students were put forward.
