Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the institution of prosecutorial supervision over the observance of citizens' rights and freedoms in the context of the functioning of the rule of law. The study examines the legal foundations of this institution, its key functions and role in ensuring legality, preventing offenses and restoring violated rights. Special attention is paid to the study of the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision as one of the central elements of the legal system aimed at protecting individual rights and freedoms, as well as ensuring justice in a modern rule-of-law state.
