Abstract
This article considers the legal procedure for the delivery of goods by self-employed individuals engaged in courier activities in e-commerce. The concept, essence, advantages, and features of the legal regulation of the activities of self-employed individuals engaged in courier activities in e-commerce are disclosed. Scientific and practical issues related to self-employed individuals engaged in courier activities in e-commerce are studied. Most importantly, it analyzes some national legislations in the field of e-commerce carried out by courier activities of self-employed individuals. Based on a systematic analysis, well-reasoned conclusions and proposals are argued for improving the legal regulation of relations involving self-employed individuals engaged in courier activities for the delivery of goods in e-commerce.
