Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical methods for diagnosing the educational potential of a student group. Key criteria such as the socio-psychological environment, interpersonal relationships, leadership structures, shared value systems, and the impact of pedagogical influence are examined as fundamental indicators of a group’s potential. Based on scientific research and empirical observations, the paper discusses diagnostic methodology and evaluation tools. The findings are enriched with practical recommendations aimed at fostering a positive educational environment within student groups.
