Issues of Liability Regarding the Obligations of Farming Enterprise

Abstract

This article examines the issues of liability concerning the obligations of farming enterprises in Uzbekistan, based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Farming Enterprises," and other regulatory legal documents governing this field. The content and essence of these responsibilities are analyzed. Furthermore, the views of local and foreign scholars on the subject are discussed, highlighting their significant aspects.
