On Some Trends in the Development of Modern Law

Abstract

This article analyzes theoretical and legal aspects of modern law's development in the context of digitalization and the widespread application of artificial intelligence technologies across all spheres of public life. According to the author, contemporary global phenomena, events, and facts are interconnected, interdependent, and interactive; law, as one of the significant phenomena of our existence, similarly evolves through interaction with other phenomena and present-day realities.

In this context, analyzing development trends in modern law, attempting to determine the directions of development, and identifying factors influencing its content and effectiveness under uncertain geopolitical, natural, and technological conditions carries substantial scientific and theoretical significance.
