Foreign Experience in Improving the Incentive System in the Civil Service

Abstract

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the problems and reforms being implemented in the field of public civil service in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The experience of modern foreign countries is studied, the procedure for motivating public civil servants within the framework of foreign models, the legal basis, and the essence of their implementation in our country are studied.
