Abstract
This article analyzes the issue of criminal liability for offenses related to the illegal trafficking of pyrotechnic products through the lens of international legislation. The study employs a comparative legal approach to examine the legal norms, punitive mechanisms, and safety measures adopted by various countries. In particular, the experiences of the United Nations, the European Union, the CIS, and Asian countries are reviewed, with emphasis on the regulatory and legal frameworks governing the production, storage, transportation, and sale of pyrotechnic devices. The article also provides recommendations for enhancing international cooperation and harmonizing national legislation. The findings of the research contribute to improving legal policy on pyrotechnic products, ensuring public safety, and preventing crime.
