Abstract

This article analyzes the process of digitalizing the healthcare sector, its advantages, current challenges, and development prospects. It also explores the integration of digital technologies into medical services, including electronic medical records, telemedicine, artificial intelligence, and IT capabilities. In addition, the article examines the legal issues faced by legal professionals in the process of introducing artificial intelligence into the healthcare system.
