Water Use in Agriculture: Law and Practice

Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of rational and efficient use of water resources in agriculture from a legal and practical perspective. Irrigation systems, water distribution, mechanisms for eliminating existing problems in the use of water by water consumers are considered. The water resources management system is also analyzed based on current national legislation. The scientific research highlights the importance of cooperation between water users, local government bodies and water consumer associations, as well as the effectiveness of reforms in this area.
