Main Article Content
Abstract
Human rights enshrined in the Constitution are categorized into personal, political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights. Some of these rights are natural, meaning they are granted by nature and merely guaranteed by the state. The most fundamental of these is the right to life. In the Constitution, this right is classified under personal rights and freedoms. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that all other rights are based on the existence of the right to life. Therefore, it is considered a fundamental and primary right. This article analyzes the constitutional obligations of the state in ensuring the right to life, evaluates the mechanisms for its implementation, and assesses their effectiveness.
