Priority Directions for Increasing the Efficiency of the Law Making Process

Abstract

This article analyzes the problems in the process of implementing legislation and effective means of eliminating them. Views on the adoption of directly applicable laws based on the norms of the new edition of the Constitution are expressed. The author also notes the high role of planning and forecasting in the process of legislation. In the future, it is proposed to more effectively introduce information technologies in the activities of norm-making.
