Abstract

This article provides a general description of state bodies operating in the field of protection and ensuring human rights, and their activities are analyzed from a legal and theoretical point of view based on legislation. The study also highlights the main content of human rights policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan using the example of the activities of state bodies. The constitutional principles of human rights protection, the powers of state bodies, and the mechanisms of their interaction are revealed from a legal and theoretical point of view. In addition, the role and functional significance of the institution of the President, the Oliy Majlis, the Cabinet of Ministers, and other state bodies in guaranteeing human rights will be analyzed from a scientific point of view, and the harmonization of national and international legal norms in the activities of these institutions will be discussed. The article also highlights the trends in the transition of public administration from centralization to a model of coordinated cooperation in the process of institutional evolution of human rights policy and assesses the effectiveness of the reforms carried out in this direction.
