The Main Directions of the Program to Increase the Competitiveness of the Labor Force in the Labor Market

Abstract
The developed strategic concept of the effectiveness of effective socio-economic mechanisms of increasing the competitiveness of the labor force in the labor market will be effective only if it is based on the appropriate technology for its implementation. There cannot be a plan of measures to increase the competitiveness of the workforce outside of the established goals. Objectivity arises in the management of the competitiveness of the labor force in the labor market and in the use of such an important function as goal setting. It is most efficient to implement this function using the program-target method. The use of this method makes it possible to implement a comprehensive approach to ensuring the competitiveness of labor resources as a whole system, as well as to connect goals and tasks with all types of resources necessary for their implementation.
