Abstract
The article deals with issues related to the disclosure of the content of innovative services (products), which includes the goal of successive interconnected innovative processes, materialized, ultimately in the form of fundamentally new tourism products. In this context, the article notes the innovative development of tourism enterprises; its organization means nothing more than the process of implementing an innovative product to consumers - tourists. It is concluded that the innovation process is the process of introducing innovations, which are a set of successively interrelated stages of work - from the inception of the production of a tourism product and the creation of an innovation - a tourism product - to its consumption, i.e. innovative product.
