Abstract
This article analyzes the advantages and effectiveness of teaching chemistry in general high schools using the interactive method "Phet simulations" created by scientists from the University of Colorado, USA. In particular, the results obtained in the test lessons held in April 2023 in classes 7A and 7B of the 16th general secondary school in the city of Termiz are described. The effectiveness of this method was confirmed by the fact that the interest of 23 students from backward students in chemistry increased dramatically and 90% of students mastered the topic "Atomic structure".
