Bleeding in the 3rd Stage of Labor and During the Early Chilla Period

Abstract
The Chilla period is the period from 6 to 8 weeks after childbirth (from the moment the placenta descends). The first hours after birth (up to 1 day) are the first chilla period. During this period, there are many cases of bleeding; therefore, special attention and observation are required. In folk medicine, the period of Chilla is considered to be 40 days, of which 20 days are called small chilla and 20 days are called big chilla. After childbirth, in order to ensure the return of the woman's body to its original state, the feeding of the baby with mother's milk, and the normal growth, a total of 106 days (pre-delivery and post-delivery) of decree leave for the period of Chilla (pre-delivery and post-delivery) is prescribed for a woman with a blind eye in Uzbekistan, and then payment of benefits until the child is 2 years old, according to the woman's wishes. it is legal to give free leave with the job reserved until the child reaches the age of 3.
