BODY TEMPERATURE INCREASE AND RESULTING FROM FEBRIVAL CONVULSIONS
Main Article Content
Abstract
Fever (lat. febris) is a non-specific pathological process characterized by a temporary increase in body temperature due to the dynamic reorganization of the thermoregulatory system under the influence of pyrogens (substances that cause an increase in temperature). When the body temperature exceeds 37 °C, the condition is defined as fever. This article provides information about febrile convulsions caused by an increase in body temperature.
