Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis of the morphometric parameters of intraorgan renal vessels of kidney rats in an experiment and when correcting a biologically active food supplement in the age-related aspect.

The results of the study showed that in all the studied ages, the wall thickness of the intra-organ vessels of the nephron of the kidneys decreases due to this, the lumen of the vessel increases. This is due to the toxic effect of ethyl alcohol and its decomposition products on the structural elements of the vascular wall. With the correction of polarenom, the structural change of the vessels approaches the norm — this is expressed in a decrease in diameter and an increase in wall thickness
