Treatment Of Chronic Periodontitis In Children With Disabilities Preventive Measures

Abstract
In children with disabilities, the incidence of periodontitis is characterized by a wide prevalence (80-98%), while the variety of clinical manifestations produces complications in diagnostics, difficulties in treatment and Prevention. The most common cause of gingivitis is: the unsatisfactory state of oral hygiene in children, the neglected attitude of parents to hygiene education in a child, the presence of dental-jawomalia, the severity of the general somatic condition and the combination of general and local factors for the development of inflammatory diseases in the marginal parodont.
