Abstract

This article conducts a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of basic drugs in the treatment of children and adolescents with various types of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). The study aims to analyze and synthesize existing evidence on the efficacy, safety, and impact on quality of life associated with different basic drugs commonly used in JIA treatment. Through a systematic review of relevant studies, including randomized controlled trials and cohort studies, the research aims to provide comprehensive insights into the strengths and limitations of each drug, assisting clinicians in making informed treatment decision.
