Gestational Pyelonephritis, Puncture Access to the Pyecalecial System under Ultrasound Control
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article analyzes the symptoms of gestational pyelonephritis. A feature of the diagnostic stage for suspected gestational pyelonephritis is the limitation of examinations to methods that do not pose a danger to the development of the fetus and the course of pregnancy. Echography is considered one of the simplest, most informative and safe methods for determining the size of the kidneys, the thickness of their cortical layer, and identifying dilated calyces and pelvis. Using this method, concomitant urological pathology is well diagnosed - anatomical malformations, stones, hydronephrosis, benign and malignant neoplasia.
