Biochemical Features of Amino Acids in the Nutrition of the Body

Abstract

The article presents data on the metabolism of amino acids in the human body. Amino acids have a great influence on the growth, development, and formation of the mental and physiological potential of growing children. Efficiency, resistance to pathogens and environmental factors depend on the degree of provision of an adult with them. The structure and properties of amino acids, the criteria of irreplaceability, the contribution of amino acids to the energy of the body, the specific functions of amino acids, the need for amino acids are considered.
