Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the clinical manifestations of text neck syndrome in children playing chess. The study found that chess training on electronic devices has a pronounced stressful effect on the musculoskeletal system with the subsequent development of pain syndromes, disorders of the neuromuscular and musculoskeletal apparatus. Prolonged chess play leads not only to a change in the angle of inclination of the head and neck flexion, but also the thoracic angle, which is confirmed by a frequent combination of pain in the neck and thoracic region. The methodology used by us will contribute to the development of a program and system for the prevention and correction of deviations of the musculoskeletal system.
