Abstract

According to the World Health Organization, currently one of the most significant problems, especially in pediatrics, is allergic diseases: in children, this pathology is the second most common. At the same time, there is an increase in the frequency of severe allergic reactions and an increasingly early onset of clinical manifestations. In this regard, timely and qualified diagnostics of allergopathologies becomes the most relevant. This paper examines the current state of the issue of diagnosis of allergic diseases, summarizes world experience and suggests an approach to the diagnosis of allergies based on the use of step-by-step identification of a causally significant factor of allergic reactions.
