Genetic Predictors of Chronic Kidney Disease
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study explains why chronic diseases, including renal disorders, are a very urgent problem today, and why they are currently so common. As part of the work, we examined and disclosed the term "chronic renal disease" and its signs, and indicated aspects that affect the more severe course of the disease. We have identified and described the hereditary nature of the appearance of pathological conditions – genetic predictors that influence the formation and development of chronic kidney diseases. The paper talks about genetic polymorphism. A number of sources that activate errors in the work of the renin-angiotensin system have been identified, a genetic study of dozens of patients with problems with the genitourinary apparatus has been evaluated, and patients with increased risks of kidney disease have been classified. We also determined how the genetic polymorphism of RAS, endothelial aspects and immunity genes are related to the appearance and progression of various chronic renal diseases in patients.
