Abstract

These conditions often result from hormonal fluctuations, genetic predispositions, infections, or developmental abnormalities. Emphasis is placed on modern therapeutic strategies, including conservative management and minimally invasive surgery, with a focus on the implications these conditions have on future reproductive health.
