Abstract

This article examines the types, causes, diagnostic methods, and treatment approaches for cysts and cystomas found in girls and adolescents. These conditions often result from hormonal fluctuations, genetic predispositions, infections, or developmental abnormalities. Emphasis is placed on modern therapeutic strategies, including conservative management and minimally invasive surgery, with a focus on the implications these conditions have on future reproductive health. The significance of early diagnosis and intervention in preventing complications is also discussed.
