Abstract

This study examines the morphological changes in cervical intervertebral discs associated with sedentary lifestyles. Using imaging and histological analyses, the research identifies patterns of disc degeneration and explores the relationship between prolonged inactivity and spinal health. Findings indicate that sedentary behaviors significantly contribute to accelerated degenerative processes, highlighting the need for preventive measures and early interventions.
