Morphological Features of the Spleen, Benefits and Harms of Bio Supplements When Using Them

Abstract

The scientific work describes the use of dietary supplements as food additives, which began to be used instead of pharmaceutical drugs. The study was conducted on 30 white outbred females, the complication of which came from the dose of various dietary supplements (BAA) used. This is facilitated by an increase in the dose of various dietary supplements, if they are used incorrectly instead of with drugs. In the presented article, the features of the structure and function, morphological and morphometric parameters of the main structures of the spleen, which belongs to the peripheral organ of the immune system, are studied, the patterns of development of this organ at the stages of postnatal ontogenesis are revealed. The data of domestic and foreign literature on the effect of dietary supplements on structural changes in the spleen at the organ, tissue and cellular levels are analyzed. Further study of the spleen will make it possible to identify and analyze the patterns of their structural and functional changes under the action of dietary supplements (coral calcium) on the body.
