Abstract

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) is a common gynecological pathology among women of reproductive age, manifested by menstrual irregularities, excessive or insufficient bleeding. This article analyzes the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnostic methods, differential diagnosis, treatment approaches, and modern technological strategies of DUB. Both Uzbek and international literature were reviewed to recommend effective strategies for timely diagnosis and management.
