Abstract
The expediency and efficiency of using technological reception — hydrothermal processing of tobacco in hookah tobacco technology has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally confirmed. For the first time, based on the scientific data obtained, optimal technological parameters for hydrothermal tobacco processing were determined to reduce the toxicity of hookah tobacco and improve its quality.
