Screening Results of Patients with Myastenia in Tashkent

Abstract

Myasthenia gravis is a rapidly progressive, chronic autoimmune pathology that develops as a result of damage to the receptors responsible for the transmission of nerve impulses by antibodies. As a result, neuromuscular transmission is impaired and skeletal muscle reactive fatigue occurs. The disease is also called "myasthenia gravis" and "Erb-Goldflam disease" in honor of the scientists who closely studied it. The article describes 21 patients with myasthenia. An anamnesis of the disease, forms of myasthenia were studied, neurostatus were evaluated. Much attention is paid to the features of clinical manifestations, forms, methods of diagnosis, severity and distribution of the disease by gender. The examination included ENMG and MRI, proserine test.
