Abstract
To determine the role of learning levels of uric acid in early pregnancy - a diagnostic marker of preeclampsia. We examined 60 pregnant women at gestational age 8 weeks or more. Of these, 30 healthy pregnant (I-group) and 30 pregnant women who had a history of kidney disease - chronic pyelonephritis (II group). We have studied the serum of pregnant women for the content of uric acid. There was a gradual increase in uric acid levels from 142 ± 33 mkmol / l in the I trimester, 190 ± 29 mkmol / l in II trimesters to 280 ± 33 mkmol / l in the III trimester. A pregnant group II-III trimester level of MK higher than in blood serum of healthy pregnant women is 1.5 times. With 33ned to the end of pregnancy rates were not statistically significant. Pregnant II-group of 30 pregnant women, 18 (60%) were identified clinical manifestation of PE. For pregnant women in group I preeclampsia was not observed. So often layering of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women with renal pathology is the basis to determine the level of uric acid in early gestation periods regarded as a marker of preeclampsia diagnosis and predictor of its early stages.
