Improving Mechanisms for Education and Development of Gifted Students

Abstract

This article discusses the mechanisms for improving the processes of education and development of gifted students. Gifted students are an important human resource for the development and future of society. Developing effective methods and mechanisms for their identification, support, and development of abilities and talents is one of the current issues. This topic analyzes the issues of revealing students' abilities, an individual approach to them, the use of modern technologies, innovative methods, and psychological and pedagogical approaches. Also, ways to further improve the system of working with gifted students, opportunities for fully realizing their potential are revealed.
