This work is devoted to the urgent problem of increasing the legal literacy of students in the process of preparation for professional activity. It analyzes the state of the legal culture of future specialists, identifies gaps in the existing systems of legal education and suggests ways to overcome them. Particular attention is paid to the development of effective methods and forms of training aimed at developing students' theoretical knowledge in the field of law and practical skills of law enforcement in the context of their future profession.
