Abstract

Being a teacher of young learners presents both great opportunities and notable challenge. In this article primary struggles faced by teachers such as motivation, mixed-ability classes, attention span , speaking anxiety and classroom management will be addressed by giving possible solutions to prevent difficulties. Copland,  Gartoon and Burns(2014) claimed that interactive methods , differentiated instruction, safe learning environment and clear routine are main sources which leads to success in teaching. The article considers how teacher education and policy are influenced in resource- constrained environments. Also, target language can be achieved with appropriate strategies and support. The key point of implications should have revising teacher education curricula, supporting peer collaboration, and developing context-sensitive materials.
