Abstract

The article presents some reflections on the historiography of river routes and crossings during the era of Amir Temur and the Timurids. Based on historical analysis, the influence of crossings in the Timurid era on their political and socio-economic life is analyzed, and new scientific conclusions are presented. Brief information is provided on the activities of scholars who have studied the history of crossings during the Timurid era up to the present time.
