Specific Features and Aspects of Obtaining the Status of an Advocate in the Republic of Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article studies and analyzes the naming and essence of the legal term «advocate» in Uzbekistan and other foreign countries, the opinions of national and foreign legal scholars on the concept of «advocate», and the concept of «having the status of an advocate» based on the legislation of national and foreign countries.
