Issues of Improving the Principles of Law-Making

Abstract

This article analyzes some theoretical issues related to the principles of law, which are an important element of the legal system, and analyzes the fact that the principles of law are the main, guiding foundations underlying the law, and the issue of the essence of law, the purpose of law and its social orientation based on the scientific views of various scientists. It is argued that the principles of law are the main ideas and rules that form its basis, and at the same time they are the foundation of law, its internal pillars. The article analyzes issues such as the incorporation of the principles of law into national legislation, their application in legal activity, and justice using specific examples. The principles of law are divided into a number of groups depending on the field of application and their characteristics are analyzed.
